The Secretary to the Cables (Landing Rights) Committee
presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State
for the Colonies, and begs leave to acknowledge the receipt of
the Colonial Office letter of the 12th instant, No. 3760,
transmitting, for the consideration of the Committee, Papers
relative to the question of communication between a proposed
wireless station on Pratas Island and the proposed station
of the Eastern Extension and Marconi Companies at Hong Kong.
The Papers have been duly circulated as requested.
